The property was very clean which is key! Shower was nice and powerful. The location was brilliant can get a bit noisy depending which room you are staying in

Location is SUPERB. 1 minute walk to Istiklal, 2 minutes to Taksim square. Hotel is in an alley which makes it away from the noise and traffic. Staff were super friendly especially NOURALLAH, the guy went above and beyond to help us with whatever he could. Very polite and decent. Overall the staff were helpful and attentive. Every-time we caller the reception to request anything they sent someone up to the room to fulfill it. Room service is very nice and organized, they left the room each time they came very neat and tidy. We found water bottles every single day at our floor’s counter ( for free ) for us to grab alongside with coffee, tea , and sugar packets. Overall.. Value for money is on point. Definitely happy with my luck choosing this hotel. Shower’s water was hot and cold perfectly and the water pressure was good ( portable shower head only )

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel in Istanbul! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the owner with a big smile and a traditional Turkish coffee – a small gesture that meant a lot. The entire team, from the front desk to the support staff, was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. They carried our luggage to the room and provided us with super useful information about what to see in the city, opening hours, public transport, and even how to get to the airport. The cleanliness was spotless, and everything in the room worked perfectly – from the plumbing to the electrical fittings. The location was perfect too – we could easily get anywhere in the city. But what I’ll remember most is Osman – the guy who served us the best breakfast with the most genuine and warm smile.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and modern. Staff very helpful. There is that lovely personal touch to your visit and because I was staying alone, felt very safe and well cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. I liked the best that the rooms are all sound proofed so if you closed all the windows, it was complete silence, which was perfect for me recovering from surgery after an extended visit to istanbul. The hotel owner said if there is anything at all you are unhappy with please come and speak with us. The stay was absolutely fault less. Would definitely return and highly recommend 👌

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very polite. The location is more than perfect, making it easy to access everything I needed. Additionally, the WiFi was very good, which was a great plus.
